Today we all went down to the polling place and voted. What a great country we live in.
We had been debating whether or not to vote early. In Milwaukee voting early is kind of a complicated process. You have to go downtown, find a parking space, put in enough money to last the whole time you will be waiting in line, and then finally vote. The wait for early voting was sometimes 2+ hours. So we decided to vote today-- and made the right choice it seems. We were there probably 10 minutes total!
JulieAnn and Cakes rode bikes down to meet up with Rob. Cakes was a little cranky, being in a new place with tons of strange people around. All of our non-presidential candidate positions were running unopposed, so really the only things to vote for were president and two referendums- paid sick leave and increased sales tax, both of which I said no to. Overall, it was way easier than the news said it would be. No problems at all.

Way to vote! I'm surprised you had so little to vote about. Our ballot probably had about 20+ issues/candidates on it.
Turns out the first photo was on TMJ4 news. Someone at church told me they saw it. I had sent it in, but had no idea they used it. Cool.
