My baby is growing up.
Today after her bath she was standing on the bath mat, and I told her to come out. I walked into her bedroom, and I heard her whimpering in the bathroom, so I went back in. She looked up at me and said, "The floor is wet." She was afraid of slipping on the wet floor and she wanted me to help her out of the bathroom. I guess she really was paying attention when I mopped the floor last week and she slipped on it.
Also, I told her we were going to the post office today, so she went into her bedroom and picked out some socks. When she noticed I wasn't getting ready, she said, "Mommy GO."
Soon she'll be driving and dating and yikes. Time goes fast.
