Good News
After the 3rd pest company came and inspected it was determined that another termite treatment isn't needed. There is no evidence of live or dead termites in the house, so we're good to go. Now we're just waiting to hear on the loans. And the owners are giving us one of their couches and a deep freezer too.

All right! The house sounds terrific. I can't believe that-- FIVE bedrooms! Are you going to turn one into a guest room and one into an office or something? Or one into a playroom? Well I hope the loan stuff all works out and that you're clear to close soon! We put an offer on a house, it was accepted, and we also just did the inspection (and everything was fine). The offer could fall through though-- it's contingent on the results of Match Day, which is coming up on March 18. John already matched here in Milwaukee for his 2, 3, and 4 year of residency, but he has to do a special preliminary year (starting this July), and that's the news we're waiting for. If he gets a position here in Milwaukee for the 1st year, then everything goes through with the house and we'll move into it in early April. (I'll be 37 or 38 weeks pregnant at that point!) Anyway, we can't wait to hear what happens with you guys and your house.
