A Hiccup

Is all house buying this complicated?? Seriously... this is really frustrating. The appraisal came back at lower than our bid, so we have to renegotiate again. They will only go down to 2000 over the value of the appraisal, so now what... do we push them to go lower and possibly lose the house? Do we suck it up and just pay the 2000 ourselves over the appraised value because we like the house (remember the 5 bedrooms!)? Hmmm...
